Who is BPM?
The principals behind Big Picture Management have been winning awards and smashing performance records since they started marketing and promoting business ideas over 21 years ago.
From the successful start up and sale of an award winning 40-seat restaurant, to managing Australian performers and artists, through to raising hundreds of millions of investor funds for managed financial products and the release of two innovative e-portals, the team at Big Picture Management has a proven depth and breadth of experience in reading and understanding consumer behaviour. Our skill is tapping into the prevailing, or building sentiment and delivering timely products and services with sensational results.
Add to this an established track record in organisational development and cultural change working with some of Australias largest corporates, listed companies and exciting start-ups, and you find that we not only understand customers, we understand your people, and most importantly we understand you.
Since inception, Big Picture Management has marketed and promoted companies operating in the financial services, personal development and personal services industries and has worked with companies ranging from single director start-ups through to multi-nationals employing hundreds of people. In concert with our marketing and promotions work, we have also been engaged in organisational development and change management. It’s not uncommon for companies with marketing or distribution needs to simultaneously require change management assistance with their people needs and BPM fills this gap by providing the two roles in one consultancy.
With an almost Buffet-style approach to helping improve our clients bottom line, we concentrate on their marketing and organisational frameworks, often working side-by-side with clientele in a virtual general management capacity. Employing our three step approach: Examine, Imagine, Reason, we systematically help our clients and their teams understand, change and grow their businesses in positive and sustainable ways.

Sari Mustonen-Kirk
As CEO and Founder of Big Picture Management, Sari Mustonen-Kirk is still actively involved with the running of the consultancy and the management of major accounts. With over 20 years business and management experience, Sari is a sought after speaker and presenter on the subjects of personal and business growth and change. As co-author of the top selling Bullseye Top Trader Thinking, inspiration and creator of www.urok.tv, concept creator and co-founder of www.toptraderthinking.com and nominee for the Telstra Australian Business Woman of the Year in 2004, Sari has proven repeatedly her capacity for personal achievement. Her DIY life management and goal achievement book/programme The uROk 33 Day Challenge and audio podcasts, have positioned Sari as a major voice in the change and growth movements.
Matt Kirk
As Director and CFO Matt Kirk is principally involved in sourcing new investment and consulting deals for the firm. He is concurrently a Director with a global capital markets group and is involved in advising clientele, trading global markets and conducting his two-day “Real Live Trading” seminar events globally. As the co-author of Bullseye Top Trader Thinking and voice of the Top Trader Thinking Weekly Market Wraps Matt is a sought after expert on global financial markets and the traders psychology. Matt Kirk brings his considerable experience in building several successful businesses to the thinking behind our consulting solutions for clients.
Matt and Sari live on 12 acres in the Mountains overlooking the ocean with their two children, goats, chickens and Rodney the Cat.

The Big Picture Management consultancy offers niche services in organisational development and marketing strategy to select clientele who share similar business and commercial ideas.
Established in 1993 as a marketing and promotions consultancy we have since matured to introduce two of our own consumer brands: urok and toptraderthinking. Successful in their own right, the brands are now managed by inhouse personnel.
